Field Operations Associate
Jodhbir coordinates safe street plans and field supply management. His teams have distributed nearly 3,000 items across Calgary, giving essentials to people where they are.

Field Operations Associate
AJ leads volunteers in face-to-face outreach, modeling compassion and care. He facilitates respectful conversations to surface needs and ensure our support is responsive.

Assembly Operations Associate
Veronica oversees kit assembly and inventory, maintaining meticulous logs of items and hygiene kits. Her KIT-ID tracking drive accountability and transparency across AHF.

Software Lead Associate
Rayhan brings technical and software experience to maintain our backend systems and continuously improve our front-end/UI across our public facing domains.

Assistant HR Manager
Matin leads acquisition and workforce planning initiatives to strengthen the organization. They implement structured hiring systems, and provide guidance to enhance efficiency and team cohesion.

As Accounting Intern, Bailey supports the organization’s financial operations by assisting with bookkeeping, budget tracking, and transaction reconciliation. Their support strong fiscal management.

Zoe serves as a Research Assistant, supporting the development and execution of research initiatives across the organization. She contributes to manuscript writing, conducts literature and scoping review screening and data extraction, and assists with study methodology design.

Yeabsera serves as Outreach Lead and Research Assistant, coordinating community partnerships while supporting data-driven initiatives across the organization. They manage outreach efforts, assist with data collection and help translate insights into strategies that strengthen the community.
Board of Directors
AHF operates a working-board model: our directors also hold operational roles. We use guardrails (recusals, role-based emails, and documented approvals) to keep governance independent. The model allows for quick and frequent decisions that are necessary in our rapidly changing environment.
Rizwan Ahmad
Field Operations Lead
Rizwan Ahmed brings to our board on-the-field experience with distribution and leadership in helping guide our decisions and work on the ground. His advice and leadership is a key contributor to our field success.
Kathan Pathak
Chief People Officer
Kathan Pathak applies his experience with Alberta Health Services and the crisis centre to support how we train and build both our team. He has been invaluable in recruitment and internal compliance.
Foram Rana
Chief Marketing Officer
Foram Rana brings to our team a background in social media management and supports the advocacy and decisions in health management and support of our homeless community. Her work has driven engagement to our causes.
Roshawn Jamasi
Chief Executive Officer
Roshawn Jamasi brings organizational leadership to AHF's board. He builds out programs and sets the strategic vision for our operating team alongside managing strategic partnerships with outside organizations.
Advisors to the Board
AHF engages, non-voting Advisors to bring outside expertise to our working board. They stress-test plans, strengthen safety and governance, and help translate evidence into practice. Advisors may review policies, coach team leads, and provide written recommendations; they do not participate in board votes.
